Registration

Registration is free of charge, but is mandatory for all participants. The registration deadline is October 9, 2025.

Both virtual and in-person attendance options are available, but we strongly recommend that all speakers attend in person to maximize the productivity of the event.

Important: Registration is a two step process. Fill out the form below by October 9, 2025. Attendees who do not have an existing, valid SLAC badge will be required to additionally register with SLAC security to obtain site access.

Step 1. Register

As a second step, attendees who do not have an existing, valid SLAC badge are required to register with SLAC security. This is required for both virtual and in-person attendees. Fill out the required fields, and note the following:

  1. Event name is “LSSA - Productive, Performant Software for Large Scale Scientific Data Analysis”
  2. SLAC Point of Contact (POC) is Amita Gupta

Please complete this second step by October 14 to ensure that SLAC security has a complete guest list for the workshop.
